I've not written much in a while so I thought I'd do a little update. There's a lot of little shreds of things I want to say so I'll apologize in advance for the dottiness of this post.

On Saturday I had my first official driving lesson and it appears that I'm nowhere as near off the mark as I thought I was. This is tremendous news because Summer is nearly over and the train are notoriously poor throughout Autumn. The sooner I'm driving to work the better.

A few weeks back I went to Creamfields. You can see pictures of Caz, Mark and I at Creamfields here. It was pretty cool. It may well be worth another visit next year but I'll be sure to buy my own drinks because it was incredibly expensive. Not really sure whether I'm put off by the incredible cost of drinks.

Next week, I'm off to California for Toorcon. I've never been a conference quite like this before and not with such a savage time difference. Yet I'm relishing the thought of dipping my toes in the Pacific ocean. I plan to document the occasion heavily on my camera so you can see the action here Emoticon: Smile

My latest software project, CloakPNG, is going fairly well. Still sourcing a whole bunch of components. I've decided I'm not going to support the hiding of any binary data in the first version. I'm just going to support basic text messages. This should keep the simplicity of the initial release down to something attainable in the next few months. I don't have a huge amount of time to devote to the project so I'm planning conservatively to have a release out by the end of October.

And that's it for this installment. Hope you enjoyed the update.. Emoticon: Smile
